Do you offer gift certificates?
Gingersnaps Kids offers you gift certificates in any amount up to a maximum amount of $500.00. Gift certificates are good for one year, after which time they will expire. Gift certificates can be purchased on-line and emailed to the person(s) you wish to receive it. Gift certificates can be chosen in one of five "themes" depending on the occasion, and they can be previewed before sending. Recipients of gift certificates need only enter the gift certificate information as part of the checkout process.

What are my payment options?
Gingersnaps Kids has a safe shopping guarantee. You can shop with us with confidence. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express and Paypal for your convenience.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax of 8.25% is charged for orders that are shipped within the state of Texas only.

What is the delivery time?
Delivery times do vary but most products ship within 1-2 days. If the products are handpainted or handmade, please allow the time noted in the product details for completion and delivery. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped.

What are your Shipping Rates?
Gingersnaps Kids uses the US Postal Service's Priority Mail and Global Priority. All packages shipped within the United States will have delivery confirmation to ensure your package arrives safely. To view our rates click here.

If I need to make a return, what do I do?
Gingersnaps Kids will gladly accept returns or exchanges. Please see the Returns and Exchanges Policy page for all of the details.  A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before returning any products.

How do your pre-orders work?
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. As you place your order, these items are reserved for you and taken from our available stock. We then ship them when they arrive in our store. Please see our pre-order policy for more details.

How does your inventory work?
Items which are out of stock will indicate so if you attempt to place the item in your shopping cart. It is a good idea to check back with us as our inventory changes regularly. We do our best to keep our inventory accurate, but occasionally,due to circumstances beyond our control, you may order an item that we are out of. If this happens you will be notified prior to your order shipping to decide how you would like to proceed.

How do you ensure my privacy on your site?
Gingersnaps Kids works hard to ensure your privacy. We do not sell your personal information to other companies. Once you place an order credit card companies require that we confirm your billing address and phone number to authenticate your transaction.
