Returns & Exchange Policy

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Gingersnaps Kids. We want you to love our merchandise as much as we do!

Your satisfaction is very important to us and a top priority! We try to minimize returns as much as possible. We are always happy to answer questions about the products we carry or provide measurements to assist with sizing, check material content, color, etc. If you have sizing or other questions, please email or call us before ordering. We want you to be happy with your purchase and your experience with Gingersnaps Kids.

In the event an item was not as expected, we will glady accept returns and exchanges. All items must be in original, unwashed, unworn, new condition with all tags attached. Please include all original packaging upon return.

A return authorization number is also required. If these requirements are not met, we cannot accept the exchange. Item must be shipped back in a similar fashion to how it was received (inside water-tight bag and bagged or boxed). Please include a copy of invoice so we know who to credit.

All returns are also subject to the following conditions:

Regular Price Items:

Return within 2 weeks of receiving your item and a refund will be issued in original form of payment up to $250 (the remainder will be issued store credit).

Returns within 21 days of receipt will receive a store credit.

Sale Price Items:

Sale price items include any item not purchased at the full retail price. Items on sale or clearance are not refundable but we will gladly exchange it for a different size of the same item or give a store credit.


THERE ARE A FEW EXCEPTIONS:

*Swimsuits are non-refundable *Special Occasion Party Dresses, Seasonal/Holiday Items and Pajamas are considered final sales and not returnable. This includes velvet, silk and satin outfits. We will be happy to exchange a size within 7 days and if size is not available, we will issue a store credit. Holiday Apparel will not be accepted for returns 10 days before and at any time after the Holidays. *Special Order items are non-refundable as they are custom made for you. Note: Furniture and Rugs returned may be subject to manufacturing restocking fees. *Items on sale or clearance discounted 40% or more are final sales and not returnable.

Exchanges:

FREE shipping on exchanges returned within 1 week! Placing a new order is the best way to ensure the size you want will be available and reserved for you.

Write the order number for your exchange on your returned invoice and a refund will be issued (including shipping charge for the new item if exchanged within 7 days). You may consider insuring your return as we cannot be responsible for returned packages lost in the mail.

Return Authorization:

All returns require a return authorization number. Please email Gingersnaps Kids at sales@gingersnapskids.com to receive your authorization number. The authorization number must be returned in the box with the garment.

After your return or exchange authorization number is received, please mail your exchange or return within 5 business days to the following address:

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you purchased an item that included free shipping, upon return the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Orders shipped with gifts and/or promotions will have the value of this gift/promotion deducted from your purchase credit.

If you ordered using a promotional discount and you do not meet the criteria for the discount after the return, handling fees may apply and your credit may be adjusted accordingly. (Example: Orders over $100.00 receive free shipping. If you return something and your new total is $62.00, shipping fees may be applied at the rate the merchandise would have shipped for).

Please allow up to 30 days for processing of returns. If you have not received a refund or credit that was due, please contact us.
